Michelin X Radial

$150.00 Released January, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Provide a smoother ride than most OEM tires, handle bumps well. Ride quiet both in the city and on the highway. Long-lasting tread takes a long time to get to the wear bar.

The Cons:Handling isn't very responsive, there's a certain amount of give before the turn initiates. Dramatic loss in traction on deep snow, can get stuck easily.

Michelin's X Radial tire is an all-season, mid-range model designed for use with cars and minivans, and its main feature is its durability and applicability in all types of weather. While Michelin backs this tire with its 80 thousand mile warranty, it is expected to outlast other entry-level Michelin all-season radials with the same warranty because of a unique contact patch shape that spreads wear evenly.
