Goodyear Wrangler RT/S
$100.00
Released March, 2004
The Pros:Tread lasts a long time without wearing down. Gas mileage is very good on average. Good grip on ice and snow, winter is no problem.
The Cons:Vibration and road noise is a little loud when tread gets low. Need to be sure to rotate them frequently, wear out unevenly. Some hydroplaning in heavy rain conditions.
Goodyear Wrangler RT/S tires often come as original equipment on new pickup trucks and vans, and are built for a quiet ride. The 30 inch diameter tires use a continuous tread lug design, which removes the sound of individual treads hitting the pavement that most other tires create.

This makes them suitable for highway driving, although the tread design does offer some traction both on and off-road. Radial construction and a flat tread profile makes the tires long-lasting and offer traction year-round.
