Goodyear Eagle ResponsEdge

$175.00 Released January, 2006

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Good cornering in dry conditions. $80 Goodyear rebate. Performance speed rating.

The Cons:Although technically an "all-season", it's not suited for snow or ice. Wet traction could be better.

Goodyear Eagle ResponsEdge tires are all-season tires that combine a smooth ride with good traction. Carbon fiber is used in the outer sidewalls, which helps keep them rigid so that the tread is pressed against the road for better cornering and maneuvering.

Product Shot 2 The asymmetric construction uses a variety of construction methods at different points in the tire, providing support for handling where it is needed most and smooth riding when driving is straight ahead. The Insulayer works to absorb road noise and dampens vibrations from rough roads. Aggressive, asymmetric tread design allows for traction in dry, wet and light snow conditions as well as precise cornering.
