Bridgestone Potenza G019 Grid
$150.00
Released January, 2009
The Pros:Quiet in town and at highway speeds. Can handle wet roads well, even at high speed. Strong braking action, stops the car quickly.
The Cons:Can't handle heavy snow as well as winter tires, although still not terrible. Sidewalls are a little soft, not quite as much support in corners than there could be.
Bridgestone's Potenza is a mid-range model intended for cars, and works as a sort of pseudo-performance tire at a more affordable price. Its tread design has a directional pattern with grooves that suffice for all-season use, and its deep grooves can handle some mud as well.
